How to raise and be a child online?

How do the digital media participate in the process of building a relationship between parents and children, and do the media play the role of a mediator or a barrier between these two parties? How to educate a child for the digital world? Is there a balance between online publishing, especially on social networks, and the loss of privacy? How far are young people today willing to go for „a like“?
